Shipping and return policy

Shipping information:

Orders will be shipped within 7-14 business days by DHL/Deutsche Post.

I can NOT be held responsible for loss or damage of goods by the postal service. Therefore, damaged or lost goods cannot be refunded.

Each order is shipped with tracking and shipping insurance through DHL. In case of loss or damage, I would like you to contact me. I will find a solution with the shipping company.

By purchasing goods through my Ko-fi store, you agree to these terms.

Unclaimed or returned orders because the address provided was incorrect/incomplete will either be refunded less postage or, if the option is available, we will contact you via email and offer to reship the order provided we are refunded the full shipping cost.

I recommend that you include a phone number and email address with your order. Some shipping companies will contact you if there is a problem with the delivery.

For shipments outside the European Union, I would like to ask you to familiarize yourself with the customs requirements of your country. If you want pre-customs clearance, please contact me before purchase.

Due to DHL/Deutsche Post regulations, shipping cannot be offered to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Dominca, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Honduras, North Korea, Libya, Martinique, New Caledonia, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, RĂ©union, Russia, Samoa, Suriname, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Ukraine*, Vanuatu, United Arab Emirates.

Important information about shipping time: Some parcels and packages shipments outside the European Union will be sent by combined transport, consisting of air and sea freight, until further notice due to Corona and the war. This will result in transit times of 50 business days or more. More information can be found at DHL.

Shipments within the European Union will be shipped with DHL GoGreen to save CO2 emissions. Within Germany, shipments are mostly transported by train.

Information for orders to Ukraine from DHL/Deutsche Post:

Currently there is an unloading stop to the following regions/locations: Donetsk Region, Luhansk Oblasts, Crimea, postal codes 83000-87000 & 91000-99000. In addition, please understand that due to the armed conflict we do not offer transport insurance and due to the risk that cannot be controlled by Deutsche Post, we do not assume liability for shipments to Ukraine.

Return Policy:

If you have your residence within the EU: In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for physical goods, during which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund minus Paypal and Ko-fi fees. You do not have to provide a reason for cancelling your purchase. If you choose to cancel, we will refund your order within 30 days of your cancellation.

The items you wish to return should be sealed and/or unworn. Of course, a garment that has been fitted is not considered a worn garment.

If you need to return an order due to an error on our part or due to a defect, we will gladly refund your postage and return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for these costs and shipping charges.
